Plums and Tomatoes...

Are amazing. Especially if they're locally grown.
My mom got the plums at the market, and the tomatoes are from our garden  :)

Care Bears On Fire!!!!

Hey Guys!! It's Aisha. Duh.
First of all: Thank you for 6 Followers!
Second of all: I was surfing the web looking for an electric guitar (Kia broke my old acoustic one), and I went to the Daisy Rock website. I then noticed a band called Care Bears On Fire. I thought 'cool name!' so I clicked on their MySpace Page, listened to a couple of songs, and guess what?
I am officially addicted. My fave songs are Everyone Else and Barbie Eat A Sandwich  :)

I really want to form a band like theirs, but my only friend, Sage, lives 2 hours away and only plays classical piano  :( Oh well. I'll wait for school to start to see about other girls...
Meanwhile... I have been taking pictures of myself with my corny cardboard guitar  :P
Cool outfit though, eh? (That's how you can tell I'm Canadian)

I edited it a bit on Picnik...

I might wear this on the first day of school!!

The Lightbulb & My New Neighbour

Hello eveyone! Are you ready for entry #2???
I sure hope so  :) CAUSE HERE IT COMES!!!! (I'm nuts)

So. I was helping my mom replace some lightbulbs in my new room. Standing on a step ladder is really weird. REALLY. WEIRD. Especially if you're short. I felt like I was going to fall the whole time!!!

But I got the job done.

That being done, I sat down in our new living room to read my AG Mag, when...

My Mom calls me. As soon as I sit down.

"Aisha! There's someone at the door you should meet!"

"Who?" I demand, slightly annoyed.

"A *boy*!" she half yells.

I roll my eyes but go anyway.

Sure enough...

It's a *boy*! gasp!

I open the screen.

"Hi. My names Louis. I live across the street," he says.

"Cool. My name's Aisha. I live in this house,"

He laughs "I'm 13,"

"Me too,"

AWKWAAAARD.....

"Well, I just wanted to introduce myself. I better get going."

Like I said... AWKWAAAARD.....

At least I know someone now.

Goodmorning Starshine, The Earth Says Hello!

Not exactly morning, I know, but, great saying, huh?
About Me. Weeeeellll... My Name, (as you can probably tell by the title of my blog) is Aisha. Aisha Emily Isabel Murphy (okay you probably didn't know that part). So. I am 13 years old. I know this year will be AMAZING, 'cause 13 is my ABSOLUTE favourite numba. I just moved from a large city in southern Ontario, Canada to a smallish town a couple of hours away, which in not cool 'caus my BFF Sage still lives in that large city in southern Ontario, Canada, which, as I said, is several hours away.  :P
The reason we moved is so we could get a bigger house, and so I could go to Mona Marriette Private School For Girls. I am starting there this fall, and I'm super excited and nervous.
I have one pet dog named Kia, and she is absolutely the cutest thing!!! I hope to get a golden retriever and a bunny soon. Plus I would really like a Dingo and some Ducks, but my parents said no  :(
My Favourite colours are Turquoise and Purple, and if you check out my profile, you can see the rest on my profile (there are way too many to put down here!). I also wear reading glasses. Sage thinks I'm a total nutcase because my absolute #1 pet peeve is bad spelling, and she hates it when I correct her (which I do often  :P). I am also very good at long distance running, and writing. Except for poems. I am terrible when it comes to poetry.

I am running out of stuff to say. Hmm.
